Sub-programme „NGO Activity Support Measure” (3 760 435 EUR)

OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Objective:

to strengthen civil society in Latvia and support daily operation of non-governmental organizations in the following areas of support:
-    Democracy and participatory democracy;
-    Human rights, including rights of ethnic, religious, linguistic, sexual minorities;
-    Good governance and transparency;
-    Combating racism, xenophobia and discrimination;
-    Gender equality and reduction of gender-based violence;
-    Environment and sustainable development.

Types of projects:

  • Micro projects (local NGO) – maximum amount of grant per project – up to 1500 EUR/ per month.
  • Macro projects (regional or national NGO) – maximum amount of grant per project – up to 2000 EUR / per month.

Maximum project implementation time - 3 years (until December 31, 2015)
Call for project proposals:  November 27, 2012
