The Project aim: to develop an innovative social Service and measures for social exclusion risk families with children and to develop volunteering in Lielvarde Municipality. Implementation of the project will provide the service of families’ assistants for social exclusion risk families with children.
The project target group: social exclusion risk families with children, including children with disabilities, aged from birth to 10 years.
Main activities: work of families’ assistants, volunteers training, training groups for parents and measures for families with children.
The planned results: involved 4 professionals – families assistants, developed 1 program “Training families assistants”, trained 10 volunteers – families assistants, 20 psychologists consultations for volunteers – families assistants, developed 1 methodological material for work organization of families assistants, provided 3 measures for families with children, training in groups received 30 families, but assistant service at home received 20 families, 3 supervisions for volunteers – families assistants, 20 team meetings for 16 team participants, provided 2 publicity workshops.
